Bought Boots Skin Tonic at Target last night. The container looks so pretty and vintage. I love the smell of this stuff — it’s reminiscent of rose flavored Turkish Delight.

It’s too soon to tell if the product is actually improving my skin tone (I’ve only used it twice), but I can say that it makes my skin feel really soft and smell nice. :)

What makes someone beautiful?
When someone is beautiful, their personality shines through and surpasses any form of physical beauty. I don’t care if you’re the most beautiful person in the world. If you have an ugly personality, that’s all I’ll ever see in my eyes.

What is your biggest fear?
I’ve contemplated this question for a while and honestly, I think the answer is relationships. There’s a lot of things I’m scared of in regard to relationships, but here’s the gist of it — I think I’m scared of getting into relationships because I’m afraid of getting disappointed or let down. Maybe my expectations are just unrealistic. I’m also scared that I won’t live up to one’s expectations. It’s hard for me to let down my walls and open up to people; it’s such a vulnerable feeling.
What do you worry about?
I worry a lot about my future. I hate not knowing how it’ll be. The uncertainty is frightening.

What you want from a relationship?
To love and grow, and to have my significant other to teach me how.

How do you feel about people disrespecting their parents?
I absolutely hate it. They raised you so why would you even dare disrespect them? Have you ever considered how much time and love they put into raising you? If a guy treats their parents badly, there’s no way I would ever want to be with him.
Do you like when people are protective over you?
It depends. Yes, I like feeling protected and having someone strong to take care of me, but there’s a fine line between protectiveness and possessiveness. I hate jealousy and anger; it’s like the feeling of being trapped in a cage. If that’s how I start to feel, I guarantee I will try to escape.

What kind of person attracts you?Someone who is charming, witty, intelligent, and ambitious. Someone who always has something interesting to say. A good sense of humor is a must. Someone who is respectful and has morals. Someone who knows how to make me smile.

A date you’d love for someone to take you on.
I’ve never had an amusement park date before. I think that would be so adorable. Holding hands on the scariest rides, playing the carnival games, sharing food, taking cute pictures together.
What is the most important part in a relationship?
Trust, definitely. I don’t want to worry about what could go wrong. I don’t want to be jealous or suspicious. I need trust not only in my significant other but also in the relationship itself. I don’t want to have any doubts. I want to be sure that he and I are right for each other.

Is it possible to lie without saying a word?
Yes, silence can be the biggest lie of all sometimes. When I say “I have nothing to say”, I usually have a lot to say — I just don’t want to.

Would you rather have people be honest with you or lie to you?
The truth hurts, but I think it would hurt even more to be lied to and steered the wrong way. I don’t care if you’re brutally honest — I just want to know that I can depend on your honesty.
